You can ask to return an order within seven days of receiving it.
Unused items in their original box are accepted. A toy that has been assembled or coloured cannot be returned, because it is then used.
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within forty-eight hours with photos of the box and contents and we send a replacement at our cost.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven to fourteen working days after we receive and check the item.
We pay the return cost when the mistake is ours. Otherwise the shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
